El Chiringuito # Buds On The Boards # Art exhibition

Bangkok-based Turkish creative, Oguzcan Kaganoguzbeyoglu (Oz) will share a small compilation of his personal works in his debut show “Buds On The Boards.” The exhibition will showcase six reproduced prints and four original artworks – all based on spontaneous doodles drawn in a single take.

The pieces themselves are a study in instant expression. Figurative patterns are symmetrically arranged, and surreal thoughts take the form of grotesque characters placing themselves in absurd situations. Considering the transparent nature of impromptu drawings, the artwork could be also perceived as being emblematic of inner challenges, obsessions, fears and weaknesses.

Oz builds a career as an Art Director, while simultaneously seeking to develop his personal artistry. Apart from drawings, he works on mixed media illustrations, collages, paintings and clay sculptures. He has lived in Turkey, Germany and Singapore, where his works have been shared in various publications, websites and group exhibitions.
