Asano Ryuhei is a japanese artist, who currently live in Thailand. Asano graduated from traditional japanese dyeing school in Fukuoka. Asano had already shown his works in many galleries in Japan, and at Speedy Grandma.in Bangkok.
He expresses throught any kind of support. Oil, acrylic, water colour, ink, pencil, pens… He uses every surface to draw and paint, canvas, paper, wood, skulls, plastic wastes…
Asano is driven by stimuli which lead his artistic process to create a reflection of his thoughts and life condition. He feeds his inspiration from a vibrant inner perspective of the surroundings and meetings. If the work can be primitive and show the simpliest way of expression from a certain angle, the abstract and the applied patterns are much more complex and show how the artist get triggered in a positive chain reaction to deliver his artworks.
