David Agenjo is a Spanish–born artist known for his signature figurative style and colorful, textural use of acrylics.
His main focus is the human body, while his works are heavily influenced by erratic color schemes and a blend of abstract figures.
Early Years
David is a self–taught artist that initially began his artistic career in graphic design.
One of the artists distinguishing characteristics is his use of a secondary palette as a canvas. This piece then becomes a surface for his next figurative painting. Some of his paintings also include textural elements such as plastic bags, grid tape and fiberglass.
About David:
David was born in Madrid in 1977. He is currently based out of London, United Kingdom, though he has lived in numerous cities, including Dublin, New York, Shenzhen and Mumbai.
His works have been exhibited across the globe, including New York City, London, Dublin and Madrid.
