Dual & Bisections – Hansar Bangkok
Opening: From Tuesday, August 4 at 6.30pm
Where: 3, Soi Mahatlek Luang 2, Rajdamri Road, BangkokThe Madrid-based creative studio Serial CutTM presents ‘Dual & Bisections’. The series ‘Bisections’ by Paloma Rincon explores the surprising and surrealistic possibilities offered by the association of opposite property materials. On the other hand, portraits of the ‘Dual’ series by Bartholot question the personality changes while acting and wearing costumes. Their collation enhances the concept of duality already inherent in both practices.
Selected Works – RMA Institute
Opening: Wednesday, August 5 at 7pm
Where: 238, Sukhumvit 22, Sainamthip 2, Bangkok
For PhotoBangkok 2015, the American photographer Ralph Gibson exhibits more than 30 selected photographs.
Tropical Malice – H Project Space
Opening: From Thursday, August 6 at 2pm
Where: 201 Sathorn Soi 12, Bangkok. The Bangkok-based artist Giles Ryder presents a multi media installation, playing with aesthetic cultural meanings and creating a real experience in the exhibition place.
Done – Jam
Opening: Thursday, August 6 at 6pm
Where: 41 Soi Rong Nam Kang (Charoen Rat Soi 1), Sathorn – Surasak.
‘Done’ brings together seven street artists, including KOMKID (Ratchaburi), DARKONE (Ratchaburi), OHAE (Ratchaburi), ZIONBURI (Ratchaburi), ASIN (Bangkok), AB! (Bangkok), ROBIN (USA).
Something about Jewelry and a Woman – ATTA Gallery
Opening: Thursday, August 6 at 6.30pm
Where: OP Garden, Unit 1109, Charoenkrung 36, Bangrak, Bangkok.
The contemporary designer Apinya Boonprakob created jewelry that dialogue with women portrayed on inspiring old photographs.
Aphrodite – ATTA Gallery

Where: OP Garden, Unit 1109, Charoenkrung 36, Bangrak, Bangkok.
In this part of PhotoBangkok 2015 exhibition, the Thai and German photographer Benya Hegebarth, inspired by the contemporary jewelry presented by ATTA Gallery, explores the Aphrodite’s feminine beauty and desire
The 14th Silpa Bhirasri Creativity Grants – The Art Centre
Opening: Friday, August 7 at 6.30pm
Where: Silpakorn University, Wangthapra
Namfon Laistrooglai, Sittikorn Thepsuwan, Tanupon En-on, Tawatchai Homthong, Metta Suwannasorn, Surasak Sannong and Sutthinee Sukkul show the art works produced during the year they were supported by the Silpa Bhirasri Creativity Grants. Various medias, such as paintings, sculptures, ceramics or textiles are presented.
Kanjana Chonsiri: Shine – Bridge
