DESCRIPTION:Maitrii Art Exhibition \nOpening Reception: Thursday 5th March\, 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm\, at The Seven Art Gallery\n Exhibition on view: March 5th – 31st\, 2015\n Open everyday: 9 am – 6 pm \nThe Seven Art Gallery is proud to present a group art exhibition by Thai and resident Indian Artists:\nVorasan Supap\, Busaraporn Teerasap\, Suriya Namwong\, Ishrat Hashim\, Malini Mansukhani\, Vibha Sodhia\, Anjali Mandrekar and Karma Sirikogar. \nMaitrii is a Thai word that is derived from the ancient Indian language of Pali\, Sanskrit. Its root meaning is unconditional friendship for oneself and others. In this spirit\, this exhibition brings together works from two cultures with an intertwined history.
