DESCRIPTION:BACC Art Talk 2017\n“Lesson Abroad Series” 1\nFirst Talk – Experience from Malaysia\, led by Mr. Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahir (GaleriPetronas\, Kuala Lumpur)\n23 July 2017 (Sunday)\, 11.00 – 12.30\nAt Friends of BACC room\, 6th floor\nModerated by Dr. Toeingam Guptabutra (Silpakorn University) \nBACC would like to invite the public to participate in a BACC Art Talk 2017 program\, which will be held under the theme “Lesson Abroad”\, with the focus on major movements\, trends\, lessons\, experiences and strategies of the international circle of art & culture management. These can be a useful case study for local audiences to reflect on the current Thai scene. Both local and international speakers will join in at least three events in this years’ series. \nThe first talk will be on 23th of July (Sunday)\, led by Mr. Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahir. This master degree graduate on Fine Art from Goldsmiths\, University of London\, is the current curator of Galeri Petronas\, a major privately-run cultural agency in Kuala Lumpur. This internationally recognized curator will share information regarding his over four years on this job\, as well as talking about the general contemporary visual art scene of Malaysia.\nApart from his curatorial work\, Mr. Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahir is a distinct art scholar and also a former director of research unit\, National Visual Art Gallery Malaysia. As a productive writer\, he contributes numerous articles and essays on the subjects of fine arts in Malaysia\, as both the writer and the editor. Among them are exhibition catalogues of Young Malaysian Artists series 1-3\, Bicara Sifu: Art from Malaysian Public Universityand Earthwork: Malaysian Contemporary Ceramics. \nThis program is suitable for artists\, those in art management\, visual art and cultural circles\, as well as the general public who have an interest in the subjects of both neighboring and ASEAN countries. \n**Lecture is conducted in English\, with Thai translation and\nFree of charge\nNo reservation is required.\nFor more information\, please contact education@bacc.or.th or 02 214 6630 ext. 519 \n  \nศิลปะสนทนา 2560 : BACC Art Talk 2017\n“Lesson Abroad Series (บทเรียนจากต่างแดน)” ครั้งที่ 1\nณ ห้อง Friends of BACC ชั้น 6 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร\nครั้งที่ 1 – ประสบการณ์จากมาเลเซีย เสวนาโดย BadrolhishamMohamad Tahir (GaleriPetronas\, Kuala Lumpur)\nวันอาทิตย์ที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2560 เวลา 11.00 น. – 12.30 น.\nดำเนินรายการ โดย ดร. เตยงาม คุปตะบุตร (มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร) \nหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ขอเชิญเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมศิลปะสนทนา ประจำปี2560 ( BACC Art Talk 2017) ซึ่งจะจัดในหัวข้อร่วม “Lesson Abroad Series (บทเรียนจากต่างแดน)” โดยเน้นหนักประเด็นด้านความเคลื่อนไหวและปรากฎการณ์ที่สำคัญ บทเรียนที่ได้จากประสบการณ์ที่ผ่านมา ยุทธศาสตร์ที่น่าสนใจ และแนวโน้มของการจัดการกิจกรรมทางทัศนศิลป์และศิลปวัฒนธรรมในระดับนานาชาติต่างๆทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นกรณีศึกษาให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมฟังและร่วมเสวนาในการมองสะท้อนกลับต่อสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นกับประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันและมีวิทยากรทั้งจากต่างประเทศและในประเทศมาร่วมอย่างน้อยสามครั้งในปีนี้ \nกิจกรรม Art Talk ครั้งแรกในปีนี้ จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 23 เวลา 11.00 น. – 12.30 น. โดยมี Mr.Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahir มาถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ของเขาในการเป็นภัณฑารักษ์ตั้งแต่ปี 2556 จนถึงปัจจุบันที่Galeri Petronasองค์กรทางด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมจากภาคเอกชนที่สำคัญของนคร Kuala Lumpur ตลอดจนสถานการณ์ของวงการทัศนศิลป์ร่วมสมัยของมาเลเซีย\nนอกเหนือไปจากประสบการณ์ด้านภัณฑารักษ์แล้ว Mr. Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahir ยังจบการศึกษาระดับมหาบัณฑิตทางด้านศิลปะจาก Goldsmiths มหาวิทยาลัยลอนดอน เคยทำงานเป็นหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิจัย ของ National Visual Art Gallery Malaysia และสอนหนังสือที่University Teknologi MARA และยังเป็นนักวิชาการและนักเขียนด้านทัศนศิลป์ที่มีงานเขียนชั้นนำมากมาย อาทิ แคตตาล็อกประกอบนิทรรศการ Young Malaysian Artists series 1-3 นิทรรศการ BicaraSifu: Art from Malaysian Public University และ นิทรรศการ Earthwork: Malaysian Contemporary Ceramics\nการเสวนาครั้งนี้เหมาะกับศิลปิน นักจัดการ ผู้ที่อยู่ในแวดวงทัศนศิลป์และศิลปวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจแวดวงดังกล่าวของประเทศเพื่อนบ้านและในระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียน\nนอกเหนือไปจากเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับองค์กรและประสบการณ์การทำงานส่วนตัวแล้ว Mr. Badrolhisham Mohamad Tahirจะอภิปรายบริบทของวงการศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยของมาเลเซีย รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้ตั้งคำถามและร่วมเสวนาประเด็นต่างๆที่เชื่อมโยงด้วย \nไม่ต้องสำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้า และไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม \nดำเนินการเสวนาด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ และแปลเป็นภาษาไทยประกอบด้วยหูฟัง (มีจำนวนจำกัด) โปรดสำรองการใช้หูฟัง โดยกรอกข้อมูลที่ https://goo.gl/forms/wnv1Krq6dpfOP7H23\nสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ฝ่ายการศึกษา 02-214-6630-8 ต่อ 519 หรือ education@bacc.or.th \n
