DESCRIPTION:Exhibition : Instal – Action ; 30 Years Performance Art Chumpon Apisuk\nDate : 1 – 20 July 2015\nTime : 01.00 – 09.30 pm.\nVenue : Studio room 4 th Floor \nBangkok art & culture centre \nThis exhibition is show The Photo / VDO art and the object of the artist ‘Chumpon Apisuk’ his famous work in abroad\nChumpon is the pioneer of Performance Art in Thailand\nand he’s founder — ASIATOPIA International Performance art Festival in Thailand \nDuring the period Chumpon will do performance Art and talks everyday ; solo and invite the guest artists to work with him.\nVasan Sitthiket / Surapol Phanyawachira / Paisan Plienbangchang / Sompong Tawee / Jittima Philsawek/ Mongkol Plienbangchang/ Padungsak Kochsomrong /\nVichuhorn Tangpaiboon / Nopawan Sirivejkul \nAbout Artist: \nChumpon Apisuk\, studied art at Changsilpa School of Fine Arts\, Silpakorn University and The School of Museum of Fine Arts\, Boston\, Massachusetts\, USA. He also studied art with Tang Chang during the year 1968-1970.\nChumpon found Concrete House\, and Art and Community Action Center in Nonthaburi\, north of Bangkok in 1993. The Concrete House is the first art center which open specifically for performance art in Thailand. As an artist\, he is one of the pioneer in performance art in Thailand\, and still actively perform throughout the world. He has been active in promoting performance art in Thailand since 1985\, when he was working as an assistant to the Director of Bhirasri Institute of Modern Art\, in Bangkok\, where he organized a multi-disciplinary live event called Wethi-Samai (Contemp-tre). He is considered the founder and has laid the ground for performance art in Thailand.\nChumpon Apisuk found Asiatopia International Performance Art Festival in Thailand in 1988 and still a director of the festival. For more than 30 years he has been invited to teach\, lecture and perform in many countries\, around the world. \n  \nนิทรรศการ + ศิลปะแสดงสด ชุด ; ติด – ตั้ง – วาง – ฉับพลัน\nโดยศิลปิน จุมพล อภิสุข\nระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 20 กรกฎาคม 2558\nตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 – 19.30 น. ทุกวันทำการของ BACC\nสถานที่ : ห้องสตูดิโอ ชั้น 4 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร \nจุมพล อภิสุข ศิลปินรุ่นบุกเบิกแห่งวงการศิลปะแสดงสดไทย ผู้ก่อตั้งเทศกาลศิลปแสดงสดนานาชาติเอเชียโทเปีย ที่ยืนนานมาถึง 17 ปี นิทรรศการครั้งนี้เป็นการรวบรวมผลงานที่ผ่านมาบางส่วนของจุมพล ที่มีชื่อเสียงในต่างประเทศ กลับมาให้ผู้ชมไทยได้เห็นผลงานของเขา \nและนอกจากนี้ในระหว่างนิทรรศการ จุมพลยังทำงานศิลปะแสดงสดทุกวัน ในห้องสตูดิโอชั้น 4 โดยเชิญศิลปินเข้าร่วมทำงานกับเขาทุกวัน ๆ ละ 1 ศิลปิน\nวสันต์ สิทธิเขตต์ / สุรพล ปัญญาวชิระ / ไพศาล เปลี่ยนบางช้าง / สมพงษ์ ทวี’ /จิตติมา ผลเสวก/ มงคล เปลี่ยนบางช้าง / ผดุงศักดิ์ คชสำโรง / วิชชุกร ตั้งไพบูลย์ / นพวรรณ สิริเวชกุล \nโดยเป็นการทำงานศิลปะแสดงสดร่วมกัน พร้อมบทสนทนาระหว่างศิลปินกับศิลปิน \nขอเชิญท่านผู้สนใจงานศิลปะแสดงสด เข้าชมได้ตามวันและเวลาดังกล่าว\nรายละเอียดต่างๆ จะแถลงในลำดับถัดไป \nเกี่ยวกับศิลปิน\nจุมพล อภิสุข เริ่มเรียนศิลปะที่วิทยาลัยช่างศิลป์ และมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และ เดอะมิวเซียมสคูลออฟ ไฟด์ อาร์ต เมืองบอสตัน สหรัฐอเมริกา นอกจากนี้เขายังได้เรียนศิลปะกับศิลปินจ่าง แซ่ตั้งในระหว่างปี 1968 – 1970 อีกด้วย\nจุมพลเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งศูนย์ศิลปะบ้านตึกจังหวัดนนทบุรีตั้งแต่ปี 1993 ถือเป็นชุมชนศิลปะแรกที่เปิดพื้นที่ให้กับการทำงานศิลปะแสดงสดในไทย ในฐานะศิลปินจุมพลนับเป็นศิลปินอาวุโสของวงการศิลปะแสดงสดของประเทศไทย และเป็นศิลปินรุ่นบุกเบิกที่ยังคงทำงานศิลปะแสดงสดมาอย่างต่อเนื่องนับตั้งแต่พ.ศ. 2528 เวทีสมั่ย ณ.หอศิลป์พีระศรี เรื่อยมาจนถึงกำเนิดเทศกาลศิลปะแสดงสดนานาชาติเอเชียโทเปีย อีกทั้งยังเป็นผู้วางรากฐานการทำงานศิลปะแสดงสดในประเทศไทยอีกด้วย\nจุมพล อภิสุขเป็นผู้อำนวยการเทศกาลศิลปะแสดงสดนานาชาติเอเชียโทเปียและศิลปินศิลปะแสดงสดที่มีผลงานรับเชิญไปแสดงและเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายเกี่ยวกับศิลปะแสดงสดในหลายประเทศทั่วโลกมาเป็นเวลากว่า 30 ปี \n
